Art & Soul is seeking a Programme Director to join us on a freelance basis.
This parental leave cover contract would suit an arts or charity programme manager with experience of working with vulnerable groups and an understanding of mental health.
The programme director works with the trustees to lead the organisation and manages the team of art therapists, art practitioners and marketing assistant to deliver the programme.
We’re looking for someone with skills in fundraising (from Trusts and Foundations), budget management, managing arts teams and leading on evaluation.
Ideally, they would have experience in an arts and mental health capacity.
The role is around one day per week, which needs to be delivered flexibly across the week.
