A huge thank you to Oliver McLarnon for his generous donation of art materials to Art & Soul and our participants.
Oliver, a local painter and art historian, has inspired many through his teaching at Brunel University and the Twickenham Art Circle — and now continues to support creativity in our community.
Reading this post of gratitude for Oliver McLarnon reminded me of the countless authors I’ve crossed paths with those who’ve done the heart-work of writing while feeling unseen in the margins. I once sat with a writer whose manuscript glowed with meaning but lacked structure, pacing was uneven, and voice lost its thread. Engaging with attentive book publication services meant those pages didn’t just exist they became a whole that readers could step into. Over time, the story found its form, the voice settled, and that invisible labor finally carried light through to its audience.
