On Thursday 8th June, Twickenham-based charity Art & Soul will open its first in-person exhibition since 2019, ‘Flourishing Together’ - a celebration of creativity within our community. The exhibition with showcase over 50 artworks in various media, celebrating mental and emotional wellbeing through the arts. Created by members of the community who attend Art & Soul’s art workshops, ‘Flourishing Together’ showcases the power of creativity, and the connection that can be created through art. Spanning across three days from 8-10th June, on Saturday June 10th we will also be hosting a family art workshop for wellbeing with artist Diana Burch. Focusing on the theme of 'Living Things’, we will be inviting families to create wire drawings, halfway between line drawings and sculpture. St Mary’s Summer Fayre will also take place on this day, from 12-3.30pm within the outside grounds of the church building, with a variety of activities for all the family to enjoy.
The exhibition is open to the public from Thursday 8th June to Saturday 10th June at St Mary's Church, Church Street Twickenham, TW1 3NJ.
