We are delighted to invite you to our first ever festival of art & wellbeing, taking place on National Stress Awareness Week, 1st - 6th November and funded by the Civic Pride Fund.
Join us both online and in-person to celebrate the positive effects art and mindfulness can have on your wellbeing.
We’ll kick off the festival with the launch of our online exhibition, 'Cycles of Nature' on the 1st November. Then, everyone is welcome to our host of free online events including art, mindfulness, and colour therapy workshops, as well as virtual gallery visits to October Gallery & Turner’s House.
You can join us in-person at The Vineyard Community Centre on Tuesday the 2nd. And on Saturday the 6th there’s an opportunity for the whole family to attend our festival finale, a family workshop at ETNA Community Centre.
Book your place on as many events as you'd like, and, as with all Art & Soul workshops, we welcome everyone, especially beginners, to come along and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of art making!
